ErgoBase is software for creator and talent management agencies to manage closed-period reconciliation, payout review, creator payout statements, audit logs, and accountant export packs.

ErgoBase does not provide tax, legal, accounting, financial, lending, payment, payroll, or employment advice.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate agency workspace information, user access, roles, and source records.

Users must protect credentials and promptly remove access for people who no longer need the workspace.

Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and right to process uploaded source files, contracts, expenses, bank statement rows, adjustments, and export data.

The service is not intended to ingest fan messages, fan notes, inbox content, scripts, vault/media content, sexual content, or creator-fan conversations.

Paid plan access, taxes, invoices, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the commercial order or in-app billing flow.

Founder confirmation required: Refund terms, cancellation window, VAT treatment, and founder-assisted billing terms.

Customers must use ErgoBase only for lawful business purposes and must not upload unlawful content or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity.

No software system can guarantee that customer source data is complete or that a customer's accountant will treat records in a specific way.
