Upload supported platform CSV exports and bank statement CSVs. Source files are retained for traceability and duplicate files are blocked by file hash.
Suggested matches use deterministic amount and currency checks. Unmatched or ambiguous items remain visible for review.
The active creator contract version, expenses, manual adjustments, and review flags feed the payout run. Unsupported cases are marked for review.
Creator statements stay draft until approved. Each statement links back to the payout record behind it.
After approval, the lock freezes the period. Later changes must go through a new correction or adjustment period.
The pack includes period and source-file summaries; creator payouts; reconciliation; brand deals and deliverables; external revenue; expenses; chatter costs; manual adjustments; the append-only audit log; an accountant workbook; and a PDF management summary.
